Community & Children's Film Projects

Tiny Spark Productions have delivered a variety of different community film projects throughout the Highlands and have won awards for our work with children and young people.

We faciliate and deliver workshops in filmmaking to groups of all different ages. Participants develop their ideas and learn all of the skills they need to make their own film. Projects and workshops can vary in length and content and be designed to fit the specific needs of any given groups.

Learning to make films is a great way of giving people the opportunity to express themselves and encourages a wide range of new skills as well as confidence building. Our workshops are fun and inclusive and we work on the principle that everyone has a creative voice.

Tiny Spark Productions also have a strong track record in gaining public funding for our work.

We have previously delivered projects for The Knoydart Forest Trust, Muck Primary School, Eigg Primary School, The Knoydart Foundation and The Community Woodlands Association and received funding from First Light Movies, Awards for All, HIE and The Highland Council.  See below for more details.

If you are part of a community group or work with one that would like to make a film, we are always looking for new projects, and would love to hear from you at sfirth@gmail.com or on 01687 462303.
